This year it was in aid of the Oncology Unit at Cavan General Hospital. Sean Kelly organised this Sporting Extravaganza and it was supported by players from Laragh United GAA Football Club. Despite some rough play and bad language the game went off without controversy with no Yellow or Red Cards produced. The Referee Padraic Rudden was outstanding (in the middle of the Pitch only) in the role and overlooked some dodgy tackles and used very little wind in his whistle. The Game ended in a draw which was a fair result considering the effort made by each team. Please contact Sean Kely, Kilnagarbet, Stradone Co Cavan if you wish to make a donation to the Oncology Unit at Cavan General.
